End-User License Agreement

Inherent Automation
Effective date: October 26, 2026

This agreement covers your use of the Inherent Automation app and workspace (the "Service"), including its connection to QuickBooks Online. By connecting your QuickBooks Online company or using the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

1. Who may use the Service

The Service is offered only to businesses that have a service agreement with Inherent Automation, and to the users those businesses authorize. If your service agreement conflicts with these terms, your service agreement controls.

2. License

While your service agreement is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

3. Your data

You own your data. You give us permission to access, process and store it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to connect the accounts you connect.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your sign-in devices and passkeys secure.
  • Make sure only authorized people use your account.
  • Review AI-generated work before you rely on it for financial, tax or legal decisions. The Service helps your team. It does not replace your professional judgment.
  • Don't use the Service for anything unlawful.

5. Access to your connected accounts

QuickBooks Online. The Service reads data from your QuickBooks Online company to answer your questions and prepare reports. This access is read-only. The Service does not create, change, delete or send anything in QuickBooks Online. It does not pay bills, post transactions or edit your books. If we ever offer a feature that writes to QuickBooks Online, we will update these terms and ask for your approval before turning it on.

Other accounts your business connects (for example email, calendar and file storage). Your business's AI assistant can act in these accounts when an authorized user asks it to: for example, send an email from that user's own address, create or answer a meeting invitation, or save a file. It acts only for the people your business authorizes and within the settings your business chooses. You are responsible for the instructions you give it, and for reviewing what it prepares before you rely on it.

6. Third-party services

QuickBooks Online and other connected services are provided by their own companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or their actions. You can disconnect them at any time.

7. Disclaimer

We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Apart from what your service agreement says, the Service is provided "as is", without other warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

Either party may end your use of the Service as set out in your service agreement. When it ends, we revoke our access to your connected accounts and delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will tell you before the change takes effect.

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
